Delivery and Returns

Delivery

  • All parcels are delivered via An Post tracked postage.
  • All orders placed are packed and posted Monday to Friday 10:00 am until 4pm.
  • We aim to fulfill all orders within 1 working day. However unexpected delays can occur so please allow 2 to 3 working days for your order.
  • Once your order is fulfilled and posted you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. 

Click and Collect 

  • We aim to fulfil our click and collect orders within 1-2 working days. 
  • You will receive an fulfilment email when your order is ready to be collected from your chosen store.
  • Please bring your receipt with you when collecting your order, it does not need to be printed, it can be shown on your phone in store.

    Online Returns 

    • All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
    • For a refund your item must be returned unworn and unused in its original packaging within 14 working days and a valid receipt.
    • For an exchange your item must be returned unworn and unused in its original packaging within 21 working days and a valid receipt.
    • There is no return on clearance sale items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    Instore Returns

    • For a refund your item must be returned unworn and unused in its original packaging within 7 days and a valid receipt.
    • For an exchange your item must be returned unworn and unused in its original packaging within 14 days and a valid receipt.
